By mid-week, Y&R spoilers suggest that Nikki and Phyllis will recruit an ally. Added teasers imply that a new character is set to hit Genoa City, played by The Talk co-host Natalie Morales. She’ll be playing Talia Morgan, an investigative reporter looking into Ashland’s passing. From the sounds of it, however, Nikki and Red will convince her to write a story about Diane instead. Talia’s set to hit the little town on Wednesday, August 17th.

9. The War Continues

As this week rages on, Y&R spoilers imply that Phyllis will make a vow to Jack. She’ll likely promise to stay on the “up and up” with Diane, but fans know this won’t happen. In other news for the week of August 22nd, Red will make a new friend. Could this also be a new love interest?
