11. Bye, Bye Mia!

Y&R spoilers tease that Mia’s reign of terror is coming to an end, as her days in Genoa City are number. It’s been revealed recently that actress Noemi Gonzalez is set to leave the show, which most likely means that Mia leaves town as a recast seems unlikely at this point in the game. Will she be skipping town alone?

10. Arturo Leaves With Her?

Another recent announcement was that actor Jason Canela, who plays Arturo Rosales, is also leaving the Y&R come May. Does that mean by the time the month ends, there is a good possibility that Mia and Arturo hook back up and leave Genoa City together? Seems as if the baby very well could be his.

9. Cane Turns To Jill

With Jill in town due to Neil’s funeral, seems like there is a good chance she’ll stick around for a bit. This may be good news for Cane, who could really use a bit of a support system of his own right now. Y&R spoilers tease that he’ll open up to Jill in May, giving her the lowdown on the situation between him and Lily.

8. Phyllis News

So, Phyllis is down, but not entirely out of the game! Y&R spoilers suggest that a big project is on the horizon for her, and she’ll embark on a new corporate venture. Unfortunately, the entire thing could compromise her friendship with Lauren, which would be a shame since these two ladies have been so tight, for so long.

7. Lauren Not Pleased

Y&R spoilers state that whatever scheme Phyllis has concocted could become “the competition” for Fenmores. It seems that Lauren will catch wind of this, and point it out to Phyllis, but there may be no stopping this train if Red is behind the wheel. She’s hit her lowest low, and Phyllis is ready for her comeback.

6. Phyllis Recast

There is a very good possibility that what was once old is new again! Actress Michelle Stafford is heading back to the Y&R to reprise her Phyllis role on the soap, leaving behind her General Hospital character “Nina Cassadine.” The GH role has already been recast with actress Cynthia Watros set to hit the show in May. Therefore, there’s a very good chance that Stafford will be seen in Genoa City come May as well, with actress Gina Tognoni (current Phyllis) out.

5. Summer Won’t Give Up

Y&R spoilers indicate that Summer will refuse to give up on her relationship with Kyle come May. Yes, they have broken up, and Kyle and Lola are moving on, but Summer won’t be anytime soon. She’ll be up to her old scheming self to try and get him back. Lola will be busy with her Society stint and this could leave Kyle vulnerable.

4. New Couple Alert?

Y&R spoilers tease that Abby will be focused on Society and work come May; however, Dr. Nate will also catch her attention. As much as she tries to resist, he’ll be in her orbit, helping her to bring her walls down. All work and no play makes Abby a dull girl! Seems like a new Y&R couple is set to hit screens soon.

3. Rey’s Investigation

As Rey will be diving into his Victor Newman investigation, he may uncover something quite huge. Y&R spoilers are teasing a bombshell around the corner, so this may have to do with the fact that Adam Newman is still very much alive, and actor Mark Grossman may make his Genoa City debut sometime in May.

2. Mariah and Tessa

Y&R spoilers tease that Tessa will see a resurrection in her music career, and Mariah will be the ever-supportive girlfriend. Sadly, Ana will find her hands-on approach and get a tad frustrated over it. In fact, she’ll advise Mariah to back off, so there could very well be some conflict around these three in May.

1. Devon Struggles

With all the loss he’s suffered in such a short time, from his dad Neil to Hilary and the baby, Devon will feel defeated this month. Y&R spoilers suggest that Elena will be there to offer him support and comfort; however, he’ll struggle with whether or not he’s ready for romance at this point in time.
