CBS Daytime has dropped some key dates that fans of The Young and the Restless (Y&R) won’t want to miss!
This fall marks the beginning of Y&R’s 50th season, and the number-one ranked sudser is not going to let such a milestone go uncelebrated.
The party will begin on Friday, September 30th, when the soap opera from Bell Dramatic Serial Company and Sony will reveal a new logo. If a special, 50th anniversary logo doesn’t make viewers gasp with excitement, hang tight – because the surprises will be quick to follow.

Y&R plans to sprinkle return appearances and major twists throughout its upcoming, jubilee season. Viewers are anticipating the arrival of new cast members Trevor St. John and Zuleyka Silver to factor into these storylines. Audiences can also expect incredible glances to the past as the CBS soap celebrates five decades of romance and drama.
It’ll all build up to March 26th, 2023, which will mark the anniversary of Y&R’s very first episode. What can viewers expect on this occasion? The soap promises that some exciting fan-favorite characters will return to the canvas.
Although Y&R is kick-starting the fun on September 30th, viewers will also want to circle September 26th on their calendars. On that date, which coincides with the start of The Bold and the Beautiful’s 36th season, a crossover episode is planned between Y&R and its sister-soap!
Stay tuned as more information becomes available about a season that should prove unforgettable.
