With all of the recent news of rape and sexual abuse swirling around actor and comedian Bill Cosby, 77, many people are beginning to wonder how many other women and girls he may have abused or attacked.
Cosby’s past is beginning to haunt him as decade old rape allegations come back to light and more victims step forward, causing rumors of possible other instances from his time on The Cosby Show.
One rumor that has started involves Raven-Symone, who played Cosby’s step-granddaughter on the show from 1989-1992, beginning the role when she was only four years old.
After hearing the accusation, she took to her social media to both dispel the rumor that she was one of his victims and distance herself from any further involvement in the allegations against Cosby.
On Wednesday November 19, Symone posted a picture on her Instagram from her time on the show doing her signature finger wag along with the caption, “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”
Raven-Symone is the only co-star of Cosby’s to speak out about the allegations and defend him against any rumors as networks have now canceled projects involving the actor and TV Land announced it is pulling all re-runs of The Cosby Show immediately.
