Katy Perry likes to be over-the-top. She likes outrageous wigs and clothes and she also likes to pile on the makeup to accentuate her outrageous ensemble. We miss the old days when she wasn’t so interested in shocking people.

When the word classy comes to mind, Katie Price’s name doesn’t. She always overdoes it with the makeup and the tacky clothes. She’d actually be pretty if she went for a more subtle look.

Taylor Momsen has this “I don’t care” sort of attitude when it comes to her clothes, makeup and former acting career. Remembering what she used to look like during season one of Gossip Girl makes us kind of sad. She used to be so pretty. Not anymore though. Now she kind of looks like her makeup exploded onto her face. Not a good look.

As of late, Khloe Kardashian has really been piling on the makeup. We really think she looks better with less, like she did a couple of years of ago. With all the makeup, her natural beauty is totally hidden, which is not sexy.

Everything Nicki Minaj does is over the top and her makeup is no exception. Unlike other stars who also overdo the makeup, Nicki almost always ends up looking more clown-like as a result.

Kylie Jenner is so young, but you’d never know it with all the makeup she wears. She’s lost her youthful glow (either that or it is hidden under five layers of makeup) and she now looks like she’s in her 30s, despite only being 18. Someone needs to take her makeup away from her. Now.
