Fashionista Jessica Biel stepped outside the box with her dress for the night she married Justin Timberlake. The bubblegum pink Giambattista Valli number featured dreamy layers of silk and organza and was complemented by a romantic tulle veil. As much as we love this whimsical gown, we were also quite shocked to discover the gown cost upwards of $100,000.

Pippa Middleton arguably had the biggest wedding of the year in 2017, and her stunning lace gown definitely didn’t disappoint! Lace, high-neck dresses have begun a running trend within the royal family and Pippa Middleton followed suit on her big day. The Giles Deacon creation fit her body like a glove, but at a hefty price tag which clocked in at $52,000.

Many of the current Royals have actually gotten their dress inspiration from Grace Kelly’s ethereal lace wedding gown! The movie star-turned-royal stepped out to marry the Prince of Monaco wearing a timeless Helen Rose design that is still coined as one of the most iconic wedding dresses of all time. Although the wedding took place all the way back in 1956, the dress is estimated to have cost $60,000!

4. Princess Diana

Princess Diana had one of the most extravagant celebrity wedding dresses to date! The look featured a dramatic 25-foot train, hand embroidery, and over 10 000 pearls. While the design is estimated to be worth $12,000 in 1981, it has been valued to be worth nearly $35,000 today.

Amal Amauddlin looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day to marry George Clooney! The custom-made Alexander McQueen number designed by Sarah Burton featured a delicate off-the-shoulder neckline and Chantilly lace all the way throughout. Clearly, the duo took all the stops when it came to getting Amal dolled up and the dress is rumored to have cost $380,000, a small feat given their $4.6 million dollar wedding budget.

Elizabeth Taylor was only eighteen when she stepped out to marry Nicky Hilton for what would have been the first of eight weddings to come for Taylor. For the 1950 wedding, the glamorous actress donned a cream-colored, silk satin dress which featured a built-in corset, seed pearls, and a 15-yard satin train. At the time, the dress cost Taylor around $50,000, but it was auctioned off in 2013 for a whopping $188,175.
