Have you heard about clean beauty? Other names – some with slightly different definitions – include eco-beauty, sustainable, or green beauty products. Essentially, the products are void of toxins, fillers, harmful chemicals, or any other ingredients that don’t have the health of the consumer and planet as a top priority. Many clean beauty products also aren’t tested on animals and may be vegan, but be sure to double-check ingredient lists and look for the “Beauty Without Bunnies” stamp on the label if this is important to you. Switching to clean beauty products, or at least starting to incorporate some into your beauty regime, is good for you, others, and the planet and all its creatures. There are quite a few options in the market for clean lip products, so why not start there and give clean beauty a chance?
