General Hospital News Round-Up For The Week (May 16, 2022)

Will Carly get away with taking Cyrus’s mom? Will Jason feel the implications around this? How will Renault retaliate? By the way … where is Sonny, anyway? So many questions, so few answers! There’s nothing General Hospital (GH) fans love to do more than speculate! As such, below are some GH plotline predictions for January 4 to January 15, 2021.

13. Carly’s Major Mistake

It was a mistake that will end up haunting her for months to come. While Carly thought she was doing something smart by taking Cyrus’ mom, she’s unleashed something massive and the repercussions will be felt. Cyrus will lose it on the Corinthos clan in the coming days, and Jason will scramble to try and pick up the pieces of the mess that Carly has made.

12. Brando Tells Jason That Cyrus Has The Upper Hand

Jason will learn this week that Cyrus knows that Dev wasn’t part of the Corinthos family, and is holding it above Brando’s head. This changes the game, once again. The last thing Jason wants is for Carly and Joss to be implicated in any of this. He’ll be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Jason and Carly will grow closer, run his business unlike the way he would want, and they may have heck to pay when he returns.

Could Carly and Jason cross a line in the next couple of weeks? Could news that Sonny is gone reach them, where they decide to take comfort in each other’s arms? Could Sonny return, finding them in bed together?

Michael could leave the encounter feeling more connected to Willow than ever.

Sounds as if the idea of Sonny being gone, and Julian being gone might be a reason for these two to have a deep discussion around their daddy issues. Could it lead to more? Only time will tell.

She has a protective nature when it comes to the little girl and would be willing to do all she could to help ease Charlotte’s pain.

Then, there’s the chance that Nina gets a new lead on the search to find her bio daughter. That would certainly “stun” Jax, as he knows the real truth. Will he encourage her to follow the evidence, or try and deter her? With what he knows, he’ll hope to convince her to let sleeping dogs lay. She’s gotten her hopes up before only to be disappointed.
