One Tree Hill was a very successful show during its nine season run from 2003 to 2012, which of course was good news for the show’s stars. The main group of Tree Hill residents enjoyed a lengthy time in the spotlight thanks to the show’s popularity and many have gone on to continue their success in shows and movies. Others, however, have fallen by the wayside as new teen dramas have taken over, creating a new set of stars in the forefront. As the show got bigger, their paycheques got bigger and, after a few years, now is a great time to see if their One Tree Hill pay was the peak or just a launching point of celebrity level wealth.

12. Robert Buckley

Estimated Net Worth: $5 Million. Robert Buckley wasn’t even on One Tree Hill for its full run, only coming in as Clay Evans following the exit of Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton. Appearing in 57 episodes from seasons 7 to 9, the role of Clay is just one of many contributing to Buckley’s respectable net worth of $5 million. He also had a recurring role on Lipstick Jungle, American Heiress and unfortunately a starring role on the ill-fated 666 Park Avenue, which was cancelled after only one season, and his big role after the last season of One Tree Hill. Most notably he took on the role of Major Lilywhite in the series iZombie.

11. Shantel VanSanten

Estimated Net Worth: $5 Million. Along with Robert Buckley, actress Shantel VanSanten was brought in with a starring role on One Tree Hill to make up for the exit of some other stars. Her character Quinn James and Buckley’s Clay quickly became an item, and like Buckley she also has a net worth of around $5 million. Although One Tree Hill is her most recognizable role yet she has continued acting in shows like Beauty and the Beast, Gang Related, The Messengers, Shooters, The Boys and The Flash. Estimated Net Worth: $4 Million. Austin Nichols as Julian Baker was one of the fan favorite additions to One Tree Hill midway through season 6, earning him a starring role right to the last episode. On the show, he played a well-off movie producer and in real life doesn’t do too badly for himself either, with a worth of $4 million. Prior to the show he had roles in a few shows in films and has also had recurring roles in Ray Donovan and The Walking Dead.

9. Stephen Colletti

Estimated Net Worth: $1 Million. Luckily for Stephen Colletti his acting skills greatly improved and he was able to shed his Laguna Beach image when he joined the One Tree Hill cast as Chase Adams. As the series went on, Chase became a bigger and bigger part of the show and given his past fame on Laguna Beach it is mildly surprising his net worth comes in at only $1 million, which is not bad, but not large by Hollywood standards to say the least. While his acting credits haven’t been great since the end of One Tree Hill, he has appeared in a few made-for-TV movies and is still best friends and works closely with his One Tree Hill costar James Lafferty.

As fans know, he as great acting and comedic abilities to go along with his musical ones, which also landed him the role of Elvis Presley in 2005’s Walk the Line. He also appeared in Single Ladies and Extant as a recurring character and has been signed to Maverick Records since he was 18, adding up to a worth of $1.5 million.
