CSI: Crime Scene Investigation launched a whole new craze in the television industry. There have been many police procedural shows, but CSI remains as one of the first to make the content one of the most commonly used for TV series. Based in Las Vegas, the original eventually gave way to CSI: Miami, CSI: New York, and CSI: Cyber.
