Kim’s family is as well-known as she is independently and fans are more than just a little familiar with her relationships with her mom, step-family, siblings, half-siblings…Kim’s got a big family. 2. They Both Dote On Nori

From the pictures snapped by the paparazzi to the one’s Kim regularly shares on her Instagram account, North West, or Nori as the family adoringly calls her, is obviously one loved little girl. Her Mommy takes her to dance class; her Daddy reads her a book; she hangs out with her  equally tiny cousin; she gets yummy messy chocolate pancakes; and she even got a special Disney trip for her birthday. These are two parents who definitely both dote on their little North West.

1. They Were Friends First

They say that couples who were friends first have a better chance of staying together. This bodes well for Kim and Kanye as they had been friends for nine years before starting to date. They first met in 2004, but at that point Kim was already married to Damon Thomas, an R&B/pop production pro. For years, Kanye’s crush on Kim continued to grow but they merely remained friends as they each were involved in various relationships. “‘I just dreamed about being next to her,” he confessed, also admitting that he would draw himself in next to Kim on the Kardashian family Christmas card. But more failed relationships were to come before the pair finally had their chance. As soon as Kim’s marriage to Kris Humphries fell apart, Kanye saw his chance. By 2012, their relationship was public and from there they lived happily ever after, perfectly suited for each other in their hot, rich, ambitious wonderfulness.
