7. Jenelle Evans

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans made headlines this year when she got in a car accident in Wilmington, North Carolina, with her boyfriend David Eason, and stated in the police report that she was 10 weeks pregnant and was experiencing abdominal pain. When the press asked her for a comment, she didn’t respond; however, a month after the accident, she finally announced that she was pregnant. Not long after confirming their pregnancy, Eason was sentenced to 60 days in prison for violating a domestic-violence protective order. Not to worry though – he should be out in time for Evans’ due date in January 2017.

6. Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit

Blac Chyna hasn’t had the easiest time integrating into the Kardashian klan. First the family was against her dating Rob, and now Kourtney, Kim and Khloe are opposing her request to trademark her name as “Angela Renee Kardashian.” According to the legal documents, the three Kardashian sisters are claiming that they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if their soon-to-be sister-in-law takes the Kardashian name. Blac’s lawyer thinks the whole thing is a misunderstanding, but only time will tell.

5. Kailyn Lowry’s Cheating Scandal

Kailyn Lowry and her soon to be ex-husband Javi Marroquin were married for three years when she suddenly filed for divorce in December 2015. The couple’s relationship had been tumultuous up until that point; however, they had briefly reconciled before his deployment, so he thought everything was good between them and that they weren’t going to get divorced. The couple’s breakup has gotten even more dramatic this year because of the rumors that Kailyn was unfaithful. It looks like the truth will be coming out during season eight of Teen Mom 2, as the trailer shows Javi accusing her of “opening [her] legs to some guy.”

4. Kate and Jon Gosselin’s Parenting Drama

Jon and Kate Gosselin’s messy divorce and custody battle made the news again this year when she told People magazine that she had enrolled her son, Collin, in a program away from home to help him deal with his “special needs.” When she gave another interview to Extra about the situation, Jon went to Entertainment Tonight, claiming that he had no idea where Collin is and that Kate doesn’t respond when he texts her about the kids. In response, Kate said that they were under court order not to talk “about the care and custody of [their] children in detail” to which Jon’s lawyer responded by saying that Kate isn’t telling the “whole story” about Collin.

3. Farrah Abraham

With Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham, every year comes with at least one scandal and 2016 was no exception. She made headlines for all of the wrong reasons this past summer when she posted a picture of her daughter Sophia on Instagram posing in a bikini. This wasn’t the first time she was criticized this year for posting inappropriate pictures of her daughter. In June, she posted a picture of little Sophia in full makeup doing a bikini shoot.

2. LuAnn de Lesseps Cheating Fiancé

Real Housewives of New York star LuAnn de Lesseps found herself in quite the scandal this past summer when her co-star Bethenny Frankel showed her pictures of her fiancé Tom D’Agostino making out with a Playboy model at New York’s Regency Hotel the day before her engagement party. The incident ruined LuAnn’s friendship with Bethenny, but it made her relationship with Tom stronger. “Finally #finale! Remember it was 6 months ago, Tom & I truly love each other. We worked it through and are stronger than ever! #LoveWins xo,” LeAnn tweeted during the show’s season eight finale. “Thanks for all your kind words and #support #lovewins.” In spite of his infidelity, LuAnn will still be marrying Tom this New Year’s Eve in Palm Beach, Florida, in front of 250 guests.

No one was really shocked when Jordan Rodgers won Jojo Fletcher’s heart during her season of The Bachelorette; however, no one was expecting his ex, Brittany Farrar, to go on Instagram and out the former pro football player for cheating on her throughout their relationship. This wasn’t the first time that Rodgers had found himself in a scandal. While he was on Bachelorette, it came out that he had an active dating profile with Raya. He claims that because he was selected late in the casting process for the show that he hadn’t had a chance to delete it.
