8. Familiar Faces Return

DOOL spoilers reveal that Anna and Tony return to Salem this week, to attend Abigail’s celebration of life. Actor Thaao Penghlis and actress Leann Hunley will reprise their roles as they come back to the little town under sadder circumstances. Will they decide on an extended stay to help Chad cope with his loss?

7. Rafe Makes An Arrest

Speaking of Abigail’s passing, Days spoilers note that Rafe will arrest a suspect in her murder this week. It’ll likely be the wrong person, as Salem PD doesn’t have the best track record around arresting the right suspect off the get-go, but it will help thicken the plot of this storyline. Who will it be? Clyde Weston, perhaps?

6. EJ Confession

After the arrest is made, DOOL spoilers for this week reveal that EJ will confide in Chad about something. How will his little brother react? The bond these two have right now is incredible, here’s hoping any “secret” reveals don’t tarnish it. Could EJ tell Chad about his complicated connection to Clyde?

5. Cin Makes An Announcement

Days spoilers for the week of July 4^th suggest that Cin will prepare to make a major announcement. They’ll gather loved ones to tell them their exciting news. As the days go by, added teasers imply that they’ll be heading out on a new adventure, so it sounds like they’ll be on their houseboat with Baby Bo, ready to visit Hope.

4. Hyping Up Beyond Salem

Season two of Beyond Salem is set to air on Peacock the week of July 11^th. DOOL spoilers for the week of July 4^th hint that the soap will likely intertwine storylines to hype up and promote “chapter 2” of their spin-off series, much like they did the last time around.

3. Goodbye Ben … Hello Alexander?

There’s been a ton of buzz online about what will happen to actor Robert Scott Wilson (Ben). After all, actress Victoria Konefal (Ciara) is on a hiatus from Days to pursue other opportunities. Word is that Ben will exit DOOL this week, head to Beyond Salem, and Wilson will possibly return at some point soon as Alexander Kiriakis, Justin’s son. For those fans that may remember, his real mom was Anjelica Deveraux; however, Adrienne would end up adopting the boy and raising him as her own.

2. Jan’s Plan

DOOL spoilers indicate that Jan has a plan for Shawn, which will include getting him to come to Salem’s docks so she can talk to him, sometime next week. Now that fans know he isn’t the father of her baby, will she clue him in too? Likely not, but here’s hoping Mr. Brady isn’t in any danger. That area of town can be sketchy.

1. Happy Fourth of July!

Lastly, Days promises an explosive Fourth of July in Salem as a secret is revealed! With so many of these floating around town, it’s hard to tell which one will come to light, so fans need to stay tuned. In addition, due to the many pre-emptions over the past few months, the Fourth of July festivities likely won’t take place on July 4^th, but they will at some point in the days ahead.
