Speaking of Chad, things are still up in the air when it comes to his wife’s passing. DOOL spoilers reveal that Lucas will have a flashback over the days ahead. Could he possibly remember something that will help Rafe zero in on a suspect, or will he remember something that could link him to the murder?

7. A New Cop In Town

With Eli and Lani out of the picture, Rafe could use some help down at the police department, right? Enter Jada Hunter, a new character played by actress Elia Cantu. Ms. Hunter’s debut will take place on Tuesday, July 19th, and she’ll be a possible new hire for the Salem PD.

6. A New Threat

It’s a good thing Rafe is seeking help at the police department because it sounds like he’ll need it. Days spoilers hint that by the time the weekend hits, a collection of “baddies” will descend on Salem, looking to cause chaos and destruction. Could Orpheus be behind all of this? Most likely!

5. Is There More To Ms. Hunter?

Could Jada Hunter not only enter Salem to help at the police department but also become a possible love interest for Rafe? Hernandez is married to Nicole, and generally a stand-up guy, but it’s only a matter of time until Walker either dumps her hubby for Eric or crosses a line with her ex. He’ll need someone to lean on!

4. Stateville Drama

Over at Statesville, Days spoilers throughout the week suggest that there will be drama at the prison. First and foremost, Gwen will be given a new cellmate. Who could it be? Kristen, perhaps? Added teasers imply that Rizczech’s new roomy will be unexpected and make things “interesting”. Could Gwen be included in the group of “baddies” that attacks Salem?

3. A Chance Encounter

While on the topic of Ms. DiMera, DOOL spoilers state that she’ll also have a chance encounter with Evan. Will the two form an alliance? If Kristen and Evan are thinking about escaping Statesville, they could come up with a solid plan if they put their heads together. As both are parents, their motives could be their kiddos.

Across town, Days spoilers for the week of July 18th indicate that Xander and Sarah will attempt to say their “I do’s”. With that said, added teasers suggest that Sarah’s mental state could stop the two from getting married. There may also be an interruption during the ceremony.
