12. Allie’s Side

DOOL spoilers for this week reveal that the show will pick up from where it left off last Friday, as Allie talks to Lani about the events that unfolded in London. She won’t stop there, as Allie will also turn to Claire and tell her about the entire incident. It seems as if over the next couple of weeks, the story will spread like wildfire, and Salem residents will begin to choose who they believe, and who they don’t.

It’s important to note that Hope’s last day in Salem is October 14th, so whatever evidence is gathered about Ciara may have her leaving town to pursue it all. No added Days spoilers about a tribute episode for actress Kristian Alfonso/Hope, but there are sure to be some past video clips on October 14th fondly remembering Fancy Face, as the show says “goodbye” to a Salem legend.

In fact, this will prompt him to beg Kristen to leave Lani out of her legal mess in fear that Lani will get into trouble. Will Kristen agree? The last thing Lani needs right now is more stress.

But is this pleading with Kristen genuine, or is there a motive? 5. Philip Versus Xander

DOOL spoilers for the week of October 5th state that Philip will stumble upon a clue that reveals Xander’s scheme against him. Seems like he’ll run to daddy Victor with the news, and Kiriakis will fire Xander on the spot. In other related teasers, Claire will get to know the new intern at Titan a little better, as “Charlie” (played by actor Mike C. Manning) enters the land of Salem.

In the coming days, teasers indicate that Philip will make a mysterious phone call. Meanwhile, spoilers for the week of October 12th reveal that the work environment at Titan will become that much more tumultuous, as Philip will push Xander over the edge.

Over at the DiMera mansion, DOOL spoilers state that Kate will continue to try and get some dirt on Jake the week of October 5th; however, as the following week hits, she’ll find that they both have a lot in common. Speaking of, the week of October 12th will also find Chad reaching out to Jake to make amends. Maybe the two brothers can work together after all?

No DOOL show at the end of the week as the soap opera will be pre-empted on Thursday, October 8th, and Friday, October 9th. It’ll resume regular programming come Monday, October 12th. Fans should expect this week’s Wednesday’s show to be the big weekend “cliffhanger” episode. The good news is the following week will be jam-packed with episodes for all five days!
