Bold And The Beautiful News Round-Up For The Week (August 8, 2022)

Liam will tell Hope that Steffy got a refill on her pain medication, coming up on the Bold And The Beautiful (B&B). Plus, Bill will try to comfort Brooke and it will lead to a big misunderstanding and possibly the end of Bridge. Learn more below in the B&B spoilers for August 24 to September 4, 2020.

12. Liam Blabs

Spoilers tease Liam will tell Hope that Steffy’s doctor renewed her pain medication prescription. He expressed some apprehension to Steffy when he found out, even wondering aloud why her doctor would do this. She assured him Dr. Finnegan knows what he’s doing and that she’s still in a lot of pain and needed the refill. Liam will express the same unease about this to Hope, who will head to Steffy’s house to talk to her about it.

11. Hope Is Concerned

Hope will be concerned that Steffy is still on the opioids. When Hope first began sleeping with Liam in 2012, she felt guilty about it because he was still legally married to Steffy. She began taking anti-anxiety medication to deal with her nerves and became hooked on them. Hope will warn her Sister Wife about the dangers of prescription medication. Steffy, who will be understandably upset, will tell Hope she has no idea the kind of pain she’s been going through. She’ll assure her she’s not going to become dependent on the drugs.

10. Carter and Zoe’s Date

Rumor has it, the undeniable attraction between Carter and Zoe will heat up this week. He’ll tell her he’s interested in pursuing her and she will be delighted. They’ll go out on a date, possibly to Bikini Bar, and will even share a steamy smooch. But trouble may be ahead for this couple, as a new potential suitor for Zoe will arrive in LA soon.

9. Bill Wants Another Chance with Brooke

With Quinn’s encouragement ringing in his head, Bill will ask Brooke for another chance. He’ll tell her he heard about The Dressmaker’s wedding to Shauna. As far as he’s concerned, this is just another reason why Ridge isn’t good enough for her. Then he’ll plead his case that she should get back together with him.

8. Ridge Hears Their Conversation 

Spoilers tease Ridge will overhear the conversation between Brooke and Bill that was not meant for his ears. He’ll be stunned when he hears Brooke tell Bill she loves him. But, as usual, he’ll take off in a rage and won’t hear the rest of their discussion. Ridge will be disillusioned and will have to decide what to do next. After Ridge leaves, Brooke will explain to Bill that she’ll always love him, but she’s in love with Ridge and he is her destiny.

7. Ridge Drowns His Sorrows

Bill put his heart on the line for Brooke again and she sliced it open. After their conversation, he will be at home alone, feeling depressed and hitting the bottle big time. He’ll be angry with Quinn and will regret having even approached his ex to plead for another chance. Bill also knows that if his conversation with Brooke gets back to Katie, there could be hell to pay.

6. Brooke Waits For Ridge

Meanwhile, Brooke will be at home wearing lingerie, waiting for Ridge to arrive. Didn’t viewers just see this a week ago? Nevertheless, it was tough for her to forgive him for marrying Shauna, but she knows she made the right decision. If she’d let him go, she would have regretted it forever. But Brooke will start to get a little worried when he doesn’t arrive, so she’ll change her clothes and go out looking for him.

5. Brooke Finds Ridge with Shauna

Brooke will be completely blindsided when she goes upstairs at Eric’s house and finds Ridge with Shauna. Will they be in bed together? Not long before, Bridge had a conversation in which Ridge told her she was the only woman for him. He had pledged his love and told Brooke he was going to get Shauna to sign the annulment papers.

4. Brooke And Shauna Showdown

Spoilers tease an angry Brooke will face off with Shauna about her manipulation of Ridge. She’s fed up with the former Vegas showgirl interfering in their relationship and will tell her just that. She will also be sure to let Shauna know that Ridge is in love with her and she’ll always be a consolation prize to him.

3. Quinn Feels No Guilt

Shauna will be speechless when Quinn explains to her why Ridge had such a change of heart. Once again, Shauna will feel guilty about all the manipulation, but Quinn will justify her actions by saying that Brooke got her just desserts.

Quinn’s role in splitting up Bridge, yet again, may come out sooner rather than later when Katie eavesdrops on her discussion with Bill.
