11. Is Carter Changing Before Our Very Eyes?

Carter keeps saying he’s not the kind of guy who cheats on his friends’ partners, which begs the question: soooo, who do you think you are, Carter? Will the formerly upstanding guy realize that the only way to nip Grace’s threats in the bud is to go straight to Zende and come clean? He can’t take back the past but he can do the semi-honorable thing. Alas, it appears that he will not take the high road. What is happening to Carter?

10. The Tables Have Turned

This love triangle has the potential to attract some unwanted attention. B&B spoilers suggest that Quinn will catch up with Zende and find the story about his nixed proposal highly curious. However, once Quinn suspects that Paris is seeing another man, that curiosity will turn to cold, hard revenge. Let’s not forget that Paris played an instrumental role in blabbing about Quinn’s affair with Carter!

9. Katie Steps In

Yet another party crasher in the Carter, Paris and Zende romance could be Katie, who will have a chat with Zende during the week of January 31st. While it’s unclear whether Zende will share his suspicions with Katie, her proximity to this love triangle foreshadows a role she may play. Could she again prove to be a caring friend for Carter, or would she be appalled to learn that he’s back to his old tricks again? Might she remind Carter that — at least in the minds of many B&B viewers — she’s the better catch?

8. Taylor Breaks The News

When Taylor tells Ridge the secret Brooke has been keeping, she won’t have all the facts. However, what Ridge learns will be more than enough: his wife kissed Deacon, and video surveillance proves that the ex-con spent the night in his home. Although Taylor will not take any pleasure in being the messenger of this news, she will become Ridge’s full-time confidante as a result. Will they get closer than ever?

7. Ridge Needs Space

B&B spoilers indicate that Ridge will confront his wife and accuse her of sleeping with Deacon. Brooke will plead with her husband to believe that she and Deacon kissed, but nothing more. However, Ridge won’t be able to take her at her word, after her strategic cover-up. He’ll need some space as he comes to terms with Brooke’s deception, and move out.

6. Steffy Pushes Brooke Too Far?

B&B spoilers state that Steffy will finally confront Brooke over the next two weeks. Added teasers imply that it might be an entirely one-sided confrontation. Brooke will believe she deserves a verbal undressing, and let Steffy unload her litany of insults. With Ridge in need of some distance, will this encounter push Brooke back to the bottle?

5. Sheila Shows Her Cards

Meanwhile, Sheila will revel in Brooke’s misery and boast about her champagne bottle switcheroo. Of course, having alienated virtually everyone she’s ever known, Sheila won’t have friends to share this devious news with. The only two people who (sort of) tolerate her are Deacon and Taylor, so she’ll look for some company to share in this moment. But will her good mood cause her to slip up and confess her part in Brooke’s relapse?

4. Will Deacon Get Wise?

Normally we’d put our money on the world-renowned psychiatrist over the guy who sleeps in a broom closet — but in this case, we’re rooting for Deacon to uncover Sheila’s plot. After all, Deacon has already suspected that the non-alcoholic champagne might’ve been sabotaged. He has also wondered aloud why Sheila can’t stop asking about Brooke’s New Year’s Eve. So, will a light bulb turn on? Surely, he wants Brooke and Ridge to break up, but he also wants the best for his ex and daughter. What would he do with this intel?

3. Hope And Liam On High Alert

Once Ridge moves out, Hope and Liam will be on high alert as they try to support Brooke. Even Eric will do what he can to keep Brooke’s spirits up. The threat of another relapse will be on everyone’s minds, and neither Hope nor Liam will want Brooke to spend too much time alone. As a result, Douglas will sense this new tension and struggle with feelings of guilt.

2. Douglas Becomes A Focus

Once the shock wears off for Thomas and Steffy that Deacon spent New Year’s Eve at Brooke’s, they’ll be just as upset that Grandma Brooke had pressured Douglas to keep it a secret. Taylor has already made her position clear that Thomas should be the legal guardian of his son. So when she discovers Brooke’s attempt to keep Douglas quiet, the tensions between the Logans and Forresters will multiply.

1. Thomas Wants Custody

Meanwhile, Douglas will feel responsible for the fresh divisions in his family and further withdraw. The sensitive little guy will become despondent and perhaps even misbehave, leading Thomas to consider asking Hope for full custody of his son. If this storyline dovetails with Steffy’s confrontation, Hope might fight back against Thomas’ suit out of family solidarity.
