In less than a week season 14 of The Bachelorette kicks off with Becca Kufrin as the lead, and she is happy to announce that this season does end in an engagement!
Fans who watched Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor know that Becca had her heart broken when Arie proposed by then broke up with her shortly after in order to date his runner-up, but now the publicist is finally getting her happy ending.
“I am engaged!” Kufrin told PEOPLE,“It was the happiest moment of my life. And it feels so good to say it. I still pinch myself, like, did that all just happen? It’s been a whirlwind.”
She also teased the the ring is “very beautiful” and is extremely excited for fans to see her Bachelorette journey that landed her her dream man. “I’m so excited to start this season and for everyone to see everything that happened,” she says. “It’s been crazy, but it was so worth it.”
After Arie and Becca’s extremely dramatic split, many fans commended her for being so graceful and classy and even Bachelor Nation host Chris Harrison can’t help but gush about her. “Becca’s doing great, Becca’s awesome. I can’t wait for everybody to see how much we all love her. She’s turned out to be even more than what we thought, in a Bachelorette,” Harrison told Us Weekly. “I think everybody is going to relate to her – men, women, they’re going to really relate and fall in love with her, as the guys are.”
The Bachelorette premieres Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
