Meghan Markle has been keeping a low profile since she and Prince Harry shared they would be stepping back as senior royals.
The duo shared the news on Instagram and shortly after, Meghan Markle hopped on a flight to Canada where it was rumored Archie was staying with a friend. Prince Harry stayed in the U.K. to sort out the fallout with his family.
Meghan refrained from making any official public appearances in the last week, but now she’s jumping right back into her work. She was rumored to have been spotted driving around Vancouver Island by locals during this time, but none of these were confirmed as an official sighting.
Her first official sighting occurred on Tuesday where she was spotted boarding a seaplane to Vancouver. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Meghan can be seen bundled up for the cold weather in a long green jacket with the hood up paired with brown knee-high boots and a black tote bag. She looks noticeably in good spirits with a big smile on her face as she laughs with her security team while boarding the plane.
Many have wondered whether Harry will join Meghan and Archie in Canada, but he will be staying in the U.K. for at least the next few days to host the Rugby League World Cup 2021 draws at Buckingham Palace on Thursday.
