The royal family seems to be jumping right back into the swing of things after their family crisis this past week!
While Meghan was spotted in Vancouver visiting a women’s shelter, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for their first joint outing of 2020. The royal couple traveled to Bradford to visit numerous community projects. The city was undeniably excited to host the royal couple and even chimed bells from the city hall upon their arrival. A royal fan that caught a sighting of the duo shared that “they looked really happy” despite the royal family’s recent controversy.
For the occasion, the Duchess wore an olive green coat by Alexander McQueen which has been a favorite designer of hers throughout the years. The coat features a military-inspired design with sharp pocket detailing and a tailored fit. She paired the coat with a dress from Zara and earrings by Zeen, which she wore during the couple’s Pakistan tour in the fall. She held a black top-handle bag in her hands and styled her hair in her signature bouncy blowout.
The couple’s agenda for the day includes a visit to City Hall to hear about life in Bradford with a group of young people from across the community. Next, they will meet with representatives from local employers and businesses who aide young people in finding employment.
