The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made an appearance in South Wales on Tuesday, February 4th!
The royal duo stepped out to visit the South Wales resort of Mumbles and visited with the rescue crews and volunteers at the local lifeboat station. They bundled up for the chilly occasion and watched with smiles on their faces as the crew undertook a launch.
For the occasion, Kate opted for a navy wool coat by Hobbs which featured silver button detailing. She layered the coat with a red and white scarf over a red Zara dress. She accessorized with a red clutch and tall black suede boots. For her beauty look, Kate pulled her hair into an elegant half-up style which was the perfect choice for the windy occasion.
The couple visited with members of the public and then headed over to an iconic ice cream shop in Britain to continue their visit. The duo indulged in ice cream while chatting with a group of local parents and caregivers about the challenges and benefits of living in the area.
They also discussed Kate’s new survey project called “5 Big Questions on the Under Fives.” The survey was launched earlier this month and more than 100,000 citizens have already participated in the month-long project.
