Some celebrities are so comfortable with their bodies that they are willing to bare all for magazines – even while pregnant. The trend may be controversial, but more and more celebrities are choosing do it each year. Here are 10 celebrities who posed naked while pregnant!

10. Demi Moore

Demi Moore was the first woman to pose nude on a magazine cover while pregnant. Back in 1991, while seven months pregnant with her daughter Scout, she posed for Vanity Fair magazine. The “Scarlet Letter” actress is a bit of a trendsetter. Since she made this bold move, a number of celebrities have followed suit.

9. Britney Spears

When Britney Spears was pregnant with her second son Jayden, she posed nude for the August 2006 issue of Harper’s Bazaar. While she was pregnant with her first son Sean Preston, she posed in a bikini for Q magazine back in 2003. Unfortunately she was also sucking on a lollipop suggestively on this cover.

Sienna Miller was painted by artist Jonathon Yeo while she was heavily pregnant with her daughter Marlowe.
